Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Specialist at our Dar es
Salaam office. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling
customer inquiries, resolving customer problems, providing product information
to customers, and processing orders. They will also maintain accurate customer
records and participate in customer retention activities.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer
Service, and Contact Centers skills
- Excellent communication skills,
both written and verbal
- Computer Literacy and proficiency
in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong problem-solving skills and
ability to think creatively
- Experience in a call center or
customer service environment is a plus
- Fluent in both English and
Swahili
