Responsibilities
ü
Prospect and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and
cold calling.
ü
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities to meet sales
targets.
ü
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about
our e-waste recycling services and solutions.
ü
Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and solutions
based on client needs and requirements.
ü
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms
for both parties.
ü
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to
promote customer loyalty and retention.
ü
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and developments to
position our services in the market effectively.
ü
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and
performance metrics to management.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
ü
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
field.
ü
Fresh candidates are allowed to apply

Knowledge of the e-waste recycling industry and environmental regulations
is preferred.
ü
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
ü
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
ü
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
environment.
ü Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
